Webbies developed an ongoing multi-location SEO strategy for MedCare Clinics, helping its Ontario clinic network reach more people searching for doctors, medical centres, and healthcare services in their communities.

Monthly Google Search clicks increased from approximately 3,850 to 9,770, while monthly impressions grew from 109,000 to 435,000.

Building Organic Visibility Across a Growing Clinic Network

MedCare Clinics operates medical centres across multiple Ontario communities. Each location has its own services, healthcare providers, opening hours, and local patient needs.

The website needed to reach people making specific searches, such as finding a walk-in clinic, family doctor, urgent care clinic, blood-work service, or medical centre near them.

A general corporate website could not adequately represent every clinic and service area. MedCare needed a scalable website and SEO structure that could support established locations, newly opened clinics, and the different healthcare searches made in each community.

The challenge was to expand visibility while ensuring every clinic and regional page provided distinct, useful information rather than repeating the same content with a different city name.

The Challenge: Connecting People With the Right Clinic and Service

Patients rarely search only for the MedCare Clinics brand. They search according to their immediate need and location: a walk-in clinic in their city, a family doctor accepting patients, blood work nearby, or information about a particular medical centre.

MedCare’s website needed to answer those searches clearly while helping Google understand the relationship between the organization, its individual locations, and the services offered at each clinic.

The strategy also had to remain practical as the clinic network expanded. Every new page needed a distinct purpose, accurate clinic information, and a clear place within the larger website structure.

A Multi-Location SEO Strategy Built Around Patient Search Behaviour

Webbies organized the campaign around how patients actually search for healthcare. Instead of depending on a small number of broad pages, we developed a connected structure of clinic, service, and regional content supported by ongoing performance analysis.

The Results: Monthly Organic Clicks Increased by 154%

Google Search Console shows substantial growth in MedCare Clinics’ organic search performance.

Monthly clicks increased from approximately 3,850 in the original reporting period to 9,770 in May 2026. During the same comparison, monthly impressions increased from approximately 109,000 to 435,000.

That represents approximately 5,920 additional monthly clicks from Google Search and nearly four times the previous level of search visibility.

Estimated Organic Visibility Over Time

Semrush’s historical estimates also show sustained growth in the website’s broader organic search visibility.

Semrush estimated approximately 16,044 monthly organic visits in June 2026. Third-party estimates may differ from first-party analytics.

Estimated Ranking Keyword Coverage More Than Doubled

The increase in clicks was supported by a much broader organic search footprint. According to Semrush estimates, the number of keywords associated with the MedCare Clinics domain increased from approximately 4,743 in October 2025 to 11,192 in June 2026.

That represents an estimated increase of approximately 136% in ranking keyword coverage during that period.

Broader Visibility Across Traditional and AI Search

By June 2026, Semrush estimated that the MedCare Clinics domain ranked for approximately 11,200 organic keywords, attracted approximately 16,000 monthly organic visits, and had links from 327 referring domains.

Semrush also identified MedCare Clinics content across search experiences including ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, and Gemini. These figures are third-party estimates and provide additional context for the website’s broader visibility.

The Outcome: A Scalable SEO Foundation for a Multi-Location Healthcare Organization

MedCare Clinics now has a stronger organic search foundation capable of supporting established medical centres, newly launched clinics, and changing healthcare services.

The project demonstrates how multi-location SEO can create meaningful growth when clinic information, regional relevance, technical improvements, internal linking, and search-performance data work together.

Monthly Google Search clicks increased by 154%, impressions grew by 299%, and Semrush estimated that ranking keyword coverage increased from approximately 4,743 to 11,192 between October 2025 and June 2026.

Because Webbies does not have complete access to MedCare Clinics’ appointment, call, or revenue reporting, this case study does not assign patient or booking figures to the campaign. The results instead demonstrate verified growth in organic visibility and website traffic.
